How does the Life Coaching Process Work?
Step One – Consultation
We start with a FREE 30 min interview where we find out more about you and you get to see if you are comfortable with the coach and process
Step Two – Assessment
You are given specific assessment tools in order to more thoroughly examine the issues you are coping with.
Step Three – Goal Setting
Together, we will establish realistic and attainable goals that reflect your desired outcomes
Step Four – Accountability
You will be held accountable for the progress you make towards achieving your goals and dreams so you gain a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment
Step Five – Progress Review
We check in regularly to work on areas that need improvement, and to celebrate your progress and accomplishments.
